The kraftmaid cabinets looked good at lowes but as i am researching more and more into this brand i am reading a lot of negative reviews about the paint coming off fairly quickly very poor customer service warranty issues.

What is your experience and or knowledge of how well j k cabinets fair after 5 years their warranty limit or so and is there other brands with a price point btw j k and diamond reflections that have good value and quality rating.

Kraftmaid cabinets are priced higher than most but they also offer two forms of construction a cheaper version and an all plywood version. Kraftmaid is a mid price range cabinet maker charging less for their service than the other bespoke cabinet makers and unsurprisingly offering less. Kraft mac and cheese.

Their solution make you wait 2 3 weeks for replacement parts. Finish is soft and gummy. I have read a lot of reviews of kraftmaid recently and do not the serious problems most had with shoddy production and honestly if i had read them in 2006 i probably would not have purchased kraftmaid cabinets.
